Nothing was good.
Just one night as we were in transit (late arrival and early check out) but nerver again. Worst hotel experienced ever. No restaurant in the area and the food in the hotel is not really good... Room dirty: spider's web everywhere, white towels were light grey and smelt (we did not use them at all). The bed was dirty and smelt too, asked for additional clean sheets but still smelt. We killed around 110 mosquitoes in 2.5 hours when we arrived in the room!!!! Staff doesn't seem to understand what should be the minimum standards for a hotel. Issues were reported and they just smiled stupidly. Rate applied usd-idr 6% higher than market.

Stayed only for 3 days in vip room, it's really nice, good offer for that money! Nice territory, though small.
Some staff can't speak English almost at all what is very disappointing!!! At the first moment we were shown deluxe room and I have to say at best it is standart, in this hotel I would only recommend to stay in vip room. Location is really poor, so you need to rent a motorcycle.

I recently had a really pleasant stay at a hotel in Bali. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering that breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my kids were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, including air conditioning. The location was convenient, not too far from popular areas like Kuta, and transportation was easily accessible.
All in all, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the value for money we received. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was incredibly convenient. the pool was well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist us.
We did notice some areas for improvement. the breakfast selection was limited and could have been more varied.

The pool area was nice and relaxing, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off in the water. , the hotel had a cozy and charming atmosphere that made me feel at ease. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was situated in a less-than-desirable area with not much to walk to. , the room was in need of an update and the bedding looked worn and not properly cleaned.

The location of the hotel was convenient for airport access and getting a cheap taxi was easy. the nicely setup garden added a touch of serenity to an otherwise busy suburban area.
The hotel was in dire need of cleaning as the whole place looked like it needed a bloody good scrub.

The hotel was in a central location, with friendly and attentive staff. The manager, Wayne, was particularly outstanding. The rooms were clean and spacious, with air conditioners and a separate fan was provided upon request. The pool in the yard was a great addition, and the meals offered were affordable and well-cooked. The hotel also arranged for excellent tour guides.
Everything is what I need and want.
